We DO NOT supply catalogues of our rugs, as all our rug product information can be found on our web site. We CAN supply you with samples of rug underlays and cut to length runners and catalogues of our stair rods.
If you cannot find the information you require or would like a stair rod catalogue or underlay / stair rod sample, please either phone or fax us, or use the contact form below.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Rugsdirect service, please contact our Customer Service department (contact information shown above). All complaints are acknowledged within 5 days. Complaints arising from mis-delivery or goods damaged on arrival are dealt with immediately. We guarantee to keep you informed and to process and settle your complaint as quickly as possible.
