Delivery & Shipping

UK MAINLAND

All goods are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within the UK mainland (with the exception of the Highlands of Scotland). This standard delivery service is any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm.  We cannot advise a delivery time on this option.

We do offer the following timed delivery services for addresses within the UK mainland only (not including the Highlands of Scotland):

Before 9.30am at a cost of £19.99 per order.
Before 10.00am at a cost of £9.99 per order.
Before 12 noon at a cost of £5.99 per order.
After 12 noon at a cost of £5.99 per order.
Saturday AM at a cost of £25.00 per order.

 

NORTHERN IRELAND, EIRE, UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, EU, USA AND CANADA

Delivery/shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated during the checkout process. No timed services are available. If you have specific delivery or shipping requirements, please contact us on customerservice@rugsdirect.co.uk.

Please note that any customs taxes incurred on arrival of the goods at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and not that of Rugs Direct (International) Limited.

 

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU, USA AND CANADA

We are continually expanding our delivery areas within the world. When you reach the checkout stage, you will be offered a list of countries to select yours from. If we have shipping arrangements with your country, it will be listed there. If your country is not listed please ring us and we will see what can be done.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery/shipping times are quoted on each of our product ranges and are estimates of delivery times to locations within the UK mainland. Orders to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire will usually take a day or two longer than deliveries to the UK mainland. Orders to the E.U. and the U.S.A. usually take between 3 and 7 working days extra to quoted delivery times. Delivery/shipping times are indicated wherever possible, when we confirm your order.

 

SPECIFYING ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

There are facilities within our checkout for requesting delivery to an alternative address or other delivery requirements. NB: The invoice receipt will be sent to the billing address ONLY. We may also send a letter requesting confirmation of the order.

In addition, you can make any other notes in this section that you wish us to know about your order.  

You may, if you prefer, place your order by phone or via FAX on +44 (0)1283 730001 between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside office hours you can leave a message on our answerphone, which we will reply to promptly on our return.
