HAVING PROBLEMS ORDERING FROM OUR WEB SITE

Our site has been optimised for both Windows and MAC users using Internet Explorer (v4.0 or greater), Netscape (v4.0 or greater) and Opera (v5.0 or greater). If you have technical difficulties using any of these platforms, then please let us know on customerservice@rugsdirect.co.uk.
REMEMBERING ITEMS FOR LATER
If you find items that you would like to look at again later, you can click the following icon which you will find below each item.
Remember this item.
This will store items in your remembered items list. If you add the remembered items page to your FAVORITES, or BOOKMARK it, you will be able to return to it to view your remembered items. We will keep your remembered items for a week after your visit.
Once you ask us to remember items for you, the remembered items icon will appear at the top of the screen and will tell you how many items it contains. Clicking this icon will show you the items you have asked to be remembered.
REMOVING REMEMBERED ITEMS
If you want to remove items from your remembered items list, you can click the following icon.
Forget this item.
This will be displayed beneath the remembered item whenever you encounter it.
HOW TO BUY FROM OUR SITE
You can buy any item from our site by clicking the ADD TO BASKET button. It is ONLY when you click this button that an item is placed in your shopping basket.
Once you have added an item to your shopping basket, the shopping basket icon will appear at the top of the screen and show you how many items are in your basket. Clicking on this item will show you the contents of your basket.
From your basket, you can change the quantity you have ordered or remove the item completely if you wish.
When you have items in your shopping basket, the checkout icon will also appear at the top of the screen. Clicking this icon will take you to the checkout where you will be asked to enter your name, address, post code, etc. From there your order will be processed on our secure server.
