Deliveries

Delivery and shipping times can vary for each of our product ranges, you’ll find an estimate of how long it will take an order to reach a location within the UK mainland.

Orders to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will usually take a day or two longer, and orders to the E.U. and the U.S.A. usually take between 3 and 7 working days longer, than estimated times for the UK mainland.

Wherever possible, we will provide an indication of delivery/shipping times, when we confirm your order.

Delivery Charges

Your Rugs Direct order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE within the UK mainland on our standard delivery service. If you would prefer the convenience of a timed service, please choose from the options and specify your selected delivery time when you place your order.

Secure Checkout

To keep things secure we use two market leaders to process our credit card purchases. PayPal and PayPoint. Once you have gone through to checkout and provided us the delivery address etc. you will get the choice to pay by either option. You will click away to their secure sites so that you know that your final transaction is safe and secure and we comply to the relevant PCI guidelines issued by the banks.

Price Promise

We are so confident that we offer our customers the best possible price, service and Free delivery in the UK for their rug orders we are happy to refund the difference if you can find the same rug sold online elsewhere for less.

You just need to send us a link to the rug on the competitor’s page and then we will refund the difference on the same payment card or Paypal account you paid with for your order. You just need to check the below to make sure your request qualifies and then email customerserivce@rugsdirect.co.uk within 7 days of your order being placed;

• The item must be "like for like" which means that it is brand new, the same colour, contains the same quantity and has an identical manufacturer reference number.
• The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. (overseas orders and non UK websites are excluded from our price promise)
• Due to their nature, all auction websites like eBay and all marketplaces like Amazon are excluded. These are examples of and not an exhaustive list.
• The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility, the ability to take payment, be in stock, available for delivery and not be on Sale or on Promotion.
• We can only accept one price match request per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• The Claim is emailed to Rugs Direct by midnight on the 7th day since the order was placed.
• This Promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• If we believe that by matching a price it would result in a loss being made, then the match will be refused.
