William Hooker is arguably Britain's most illustrious painter of fruits. In 1815 he was commissioned by the Horticultural Society to paint all of the fruit whose names could be authenticated, and some of them are delightfully reproduced here.
About this range
The door mats that love the dirt. Originally designed and made for Scandinavian North Sea oil platforms and tankers and now used throughout the shipping industry, these amazing mats grab dirt and wet to keep your home cleaner for longer!
These beautiful floral designs are manufactured under licence from the Royal Horticultural Society and are chosen from the RHS Library Archives. As the RHS is a registered charity, a royalty is paid to them for each mat sold.
All Turtle® Mats door mats are made entirely from natural, sustainable materials, so the shades are soft and subtle and compliment any colour scheme. Suitable for any room in the house, they are fully machine washable and you can even put them in the tumble drier. It is recommended you wash your mat before use to maximise performance, and the unique fibres actually improve their effectiveness with each wash!
All finished with multi-grip anti-slip backing.
