When first unpacking, reverse roll the rug and then lay it flat for 24 hours to allow it to settle. When vacuuming use only a low suction setting. We also recommend avoiding using the brush roller/ beater bar fitting and using only the handheld nozzles, as the brush roller on a powerful setting can risk tearing the finer strands from the rug. Use a dry shampoo for cleaning if necessary. Do not wet the rug. Shake to restore pile and maintain appearance.
