How to claim your Price Match:
Just email us at [email protected] within 7 days of placing your order with a link to the competitor's website.
To qualify, the competitor's rug must be:
- ✓ Identical: Brand new, the exact same colour, size, and manufacturer reference.
- ✓ In Stock & Available: Ready for delivery to the UK (no pre-orders).
- ✓ Full Price: Not currently in a sale or promotion.
- ✓ A UK Retailer: We only match UK-based websites (excluding marketplaces like eBay or Amazon).
Note: The matched price must include the competitor's VAT and delivery costs.
