Christmas Opening times
The Website is open and processing orders 24/7 over the Christmas period, so please feel free to order your Rug, Stair Rods or Runners at your convenience.
As you might expect our offices and warehouses will be shut on Christmas and Boxing Day as well as New Years Day and we are only having a skeleton shift pattern during the rest of the Christmas period, so order confirmations and responses to email or telephone messages may take longer than normal to respond. We will do our best to get back to you as fast as we can.
We are not expecting to be shipping goods during this Holiday period unless it has been discussed with you specifically, and as you can imagine it may take us a few days from the 5th January to get back to normal shipping days.
