How To Buy From The Rugs Direct Web site
You can buy any item from our site by clicking BUY NOW. Only when you click this button will an item
be placed in your shopping basket.
As soon as you have added an item to your shopping basket, the shopping basket icon will appear on the
right hand side the screen and show you how many items are currently in your basket. Clicking on this icon
will show you the contents of your basket.
From your shopping basket, you can change the quantity of items you have ordered or remove items you no
longer require and you can always return to shopping if you'd like to order replacement or additional
When you have items in your shopping basket, the checkout icon will also appear on the right hand side
of the screen. Clicking this icon will take you to the checkout, where you will be asked to enter your name,
address and delivery details. You will then be directed to our secure server to enter your payment details.
Once you've done this, we will process your order.

Remembering Items For Later
If you find items that you would like to look at again later, you can click ADD TO WISH LIST.
As soon as you have added an item to your wish list, the wish list icon will appear on the right of the
screen and show the items are currently in your list. Clicking on this icon will show you the contents of your wish list.
If you add the Rugs Direct wish list page to your Favourites, you will be able to return to view your remembered
items for 30 days after your visit.
Removing Items From Your Wish List
If you want to remove items from your wish list, click on the item on your wish list and you will see at the
bottom of the page the icon to "Remove From Wish List".
You will see this icon displayed beneath the remembered item whenever you encounter it.
Placing Your Order By Phone Or Fax On 0330 113 4909
If, for any reason, you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by phone between 9am and
5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside office hours, you can leave a message on our answerphone and we will reply
to you promptly on our return. Alternatively, you can fax your order to the same number, at any time.
